1. Physical Products (Hard Copy Books & Activities)

• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for physical products for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched from our facility. We typically process orders within 24 hours.
• After Dispatch: Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it can no longer be cancelled. However, once you receive the item, you may return it following the guidelines in our Return and Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products

• Due to the instant nature of digital goods, orders for Digital Books, Worksheets, and Recorded Phonics Classes are processed immediately.
• Once the purchase is complete and the download links or digital files have been delivered to your email inbox, the order cannot be cancelled.
• If you placed an order by mistake and have not yet received the email containing your files, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to halt the delivery and issue a refund.

3. Upcoming Courses & Live Classes

• If you have pre-registered or paid for an upcoming live course or scheduled class, you may cancel your enrollment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class begins are not eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the items are dispatched or delivered, we will initiate a full refund immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
