1. Digital Products (Worksheets / PDF Downloads)
All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, once the purchase is completed and access is provided, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be allowed under any circumstances.
Customers are requested to review the product details carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Physical Products (Books)
We do not accept returns for physical products once they are delivered.
However, in case of damaged or defective products, customers may request a replacement.

No refunds will be provided for physical products unless explicitly approved and without parcel opening video.
