Physical Products:
Returns or replacements are only accepted in case of damaged or defective products.

• Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery 
• Valid parcel opening video is required 
• Replacement will be processed after verification 

No refunds will be provided for physical products unless explicitly approved and without parcel opening video.
